Each year, almost 2,000 students across the United States get the opportunity of a lifetime: a chance to intern at NASA. Some have dreamed of working with the agency their whole lives. Others have overcome great challenges before being accepted.
Marshall Space Flight Center’s Technology Transfer Program in Huntsville, AL is currently seeking interns for Fall, Spring, and Summer; with Summer Session being highly more competitive. The internship pays ~$18.25 per hour for undergraduate students.
Sessions • Fall – 16 weeks (August – December)
• Spring – 16 weeks (January – May) • Summer – 10 weeks (June – August)
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a background in film production, has experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, working knowledge of various social media platforms, that works exceptionally well with others, is enthusiastic, loves to travel, is passionate about promoting NASA, and advancing NASA technologies in other fields here on earth.
Eligibility Requirements • U.S. citizenship • GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • High school students o At least 16 years of age and a current sophomore, junior or senior • Undergraduate or graduate students o At the time the opportunity begins, must be accepted/enrolled full-time in an accredited U.S. college or university
