THE RANCH - Sound Stage
We are constantly building decks, brochures, leave behinds, postcards etc. I am the former Creative Director for Levi Strauss and was Brand Manager for the Levi’s brand for almost 5 years. Finding good creatives in graphic design has been a challenge for us. I desire a designer with a stronger youthful point of view in their graphic design. I am hoping to find artist who can help me bring a fresh younger approach. Being more edgy would be a plus. Perhaps this person is a upper level student but this is not required. As a side note we are also looking to hire/invest more from our local universities.
As for pay, we are open to paying “per job fees” and if the designer fits the build we could look at establishing a better salary. A lot of the pay depends on the level of talent.
Having a designer who also may have interest in the growing film industry here in Louisiana is a plus.

Plus
We are deeply engaged with Hollywood and always are doing side projects. We create a bunch of look books and brochures and have our hands in multiple businesses.
The designer would probably get to work on projects from school and would not always need to be at our offices in Chalmette.
The designer would get to work with an experienced creative director with years of brand building experience.
THE RANCH has a great "brand guideline bible" that is already establish for guidance.
We could be flexible with school schedules.
Minus
We are located in Chalmette. (That said, I would be flexible if the talent wanted to work remotely.)
Pay would be based on talent level.
