Position Summary

The Louisiana Workforce Development Program Manager (WDM) will lead NOVAC in facilitating film industry workforce training programs primarily in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, as well as other short-term programs in South Louisiana as they arise. The WDM will coordinate and execute programming aligned with the stipulations of grant funding received and will track program effectiveness for grant reporting and compliance. The WDM will also handle public communications about workforce programming and events, including web, social media and newsletter management, as well as internal communications with staff across two cities. The WDM reports directly to and works closely with the Executive Director.
